We had some good and bad experiences with them thru out the week but it did improve. Day one, the attend we purchased the umbrella and chairs from for the day did not give us the right paperwork to show we paid. So when the supervisor came around, we had to defend that we actually purchased the spot for the day. Then he never came back after he verified that we did actually pay and let us know everything was good. The other days went better once we figured out the process. You need to go by the shelter beside the hotel to pay and to sign the disclaimer. That way you are on the list and have no problems for the day. After that, the staff were all very nice and we did not experience any more problems.

I had the absolute best time Parasailing with Sonny's! It was a smooth ride and staff were all friendly. All around a very memorable experience! Highly recommend!

Nice chairs and umbrella right by the ocean, but a bit expensive. $46 for 2 chairs and umbrella for 8 hours 10am-6pm. At 4:30 they put 5 people next to us, 2 children 3 adults, one lit up a cigarette. I bet they were friends of the chair guy and probably paid nothing.

I had an absolute blast parasailing over South Padre Island and the Gulf of Mexico! From the moment we started, everything was smooth and fun. The staff were super friendly and made sure we all felt safe and excited.Once we were up 300 feet, the view was just incredible. Seeing the beautiful blue water and the coastline from that height was something I'll never forget. It was a mix of thrilling and peaceful at the same time – like floating on air.The whole experience was awesome, and the crew made it even better with their professionalism and great equipment. This was definitely the highlight of my trip to South Padre Island. If you’re in the area and want to do something unforgettable, you’ve got to try this parasailing adventure. Totally worth it!

Sonny’s was an all around amazing experience during our family vacation! Friendly environment, professional service, and family friendly - 10/10 highly recommend adding Sonny’s Beach Service activities to your vacation itinerary! We did both the parasailing and banana boat experiences and neither of them disappointed!

My family had a great time parasailing with the crew at Sonny's Beach service! They were laid back and made sure we all had fun! Initially, I and my 13 year old were the ones parasailing, with 4 others riding along to watch. When we got back in the boat alive and smiling, the captain asked if anyone else wanted to go. I appreciate him taking the time to let three others parasail too. Let me just say, it was safe, relaxing, and beautiful floating above the bay, and not scary at all. The friendliness, confidence, and expertise of the captain and crew made it a wonderful, memorable experience! I would definitely recommend Sonny's Beach Service for your family's parasailing adventure!

Had a great time! It was my daughter’s birthday and her first time parasailing. She had a blast! We got to dip our feet in the water too! Memorable experience and would go back again!
